Pierre Celis on tour in the U.S. 50-minute documentary. Shot in Beta SP. Pierre Celis left the De Kluis brewery in Belgium around the time it became financially involved with Artois. He moved to Austin TX, where he founded the Celis Brewery and continued to brew his familiar Belgian styles. He tripled the capacity in 1996 with the help of his daughter and son-in-law.
